INFORMATION & SUPPORT
::::::::::::::::::::::::::
If your shoutbox fails to load (sticks at a permanent "Loading" screen) make sure you revert all the templates that Inferno uses, especially inferno_shoutbox_box and inferno_shoutbox_detach_box. They can be identified by their prefix (inferno_shoutbox_). If it still fails to load, enter admincp and toggle "CSRF Protection" off in Inferno 3.0 Options.
Support is provided via the domain
http://www.infernotech.net. You should only ever download Inferno products from
http://www.infernotech.net or as they will always be safe to download.
