I have found many versions on the web but unfortunely outdated 2005-2006 :/
I think here http://www.nulled.ws/ need to enable cookies! is a new version but can't get it with lame hide hacks, feel free to post an updated version , good book, thanks.

below is the most updated version (16 May 2006) I cand find for now , read it , 300 pages of good stuffs, feel free to post a most recent version

To match upload size limit i have splitted the archive, download the 3files, remove the .zip extension from both files .z01 & .z02 and run the zip.
