On a quick note, anyone using a toosl.php on vb 3.51 or higher will encounter errors with the customer number.
You have to remove all the 'call' information before you run the script.
Or ask me, ill do it for you.

I don't see any problems with it.. Is it too hard to take tools.php from any nulled archive with vbulletin?

yes, there are issues. The tools.php only works with that version of that file.
On the origanal install you have to cmod to 777, then run the keygen. That writes to each file a customer number.
When you run the tools.php on 3.5.x or higher it will ask you for the CX number before it can run any query or modify any file. If you plug in the generated CX number from the install it wont work because it wasnt part of the origanal install.
The only answer is to null the tools.php from asking the the CX number or running the 'call home'.
Open the tool.php with your favorite editor and you will see what i mean.
If you need a working tools.php so you can install a new language or fix tables just ask me and ill post one for your version.
